Final framing work is moving along

The framing phase is winding down. Interesting that the timing coincides with the builder flip house 2 doors away. The flip project was stalled for a long time then they started again. They demoed the house in days and framed the first floor in a week. Our crew said the other project does not meet the quality of our house : )

Master bedroom is frames and old wall is gone. This is the view from the doorway.

New gather/family space - framed in 1 day

Grace in the expanded kitchen area (looking from gather space). The back wall comes out this week!
The plywood is the future back door/mud area.
