I shared my 3 email rule with our Design/Build team.
The rule is: If you have more than 3 email to discuss an issue you have to call.
If you have more than 3 calls about the issue you must meet
If you meet 3 times....hmmm haven't had to do this - whew!
During an email catch up frenzy I broke the rule a few times.

What happens when you reach the 3-limit email rule at an hour that is typically considered too late to call?

SethAnne Studios designed a functional yet beautiful renovation for our house. We live in a 1910 bungalow that was a cozy 1200 sq feet/now cozy 1700-1800. We love our house, the location and our neighborhood but we need more functional space and separate bedrooms for the kids. We expanded the first floor to include: new BA, master BR, family room/gathering space, kitchen, mud area. Our Design/Build firm has 2 wonderful clients - an architect and project manager. Fun, fun!
